Doctor , Thanks for your response.

Here is answer for your question as follow.
1) What is your age)?          39 years old , male
2) What is your Profession?     Logistics – Sales
3) Does it involve sitting for a long time?     Yes maximum
4) Do you have other symptoms like burning urination, the frequency for ruination, urgency, vomiting, fever, etc?      - yes I had 15 days back burning urination , frequency for urination , urgency , nausea , digestive problem and gas releasing.
5) Have you done any tests and if so post reports - yes I did , have attached those report with this mail.

Now , let me explain this scenario clearly.

29.12.19 , I ate some fruit salad with ice cream in the mid night and next day early morning itself I had severe abdominal pain & back pain      and also I could n’t pass my stool. Hence , went to one general physician DR. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX on 30.12.19 and have been prescribed some tablets and syrup which I have attached. But it couldn’t rectify my problem and have been facing the same.

01.01.20 & 03.01.20 & 07.01.20, hence I went to consult with Nephrologist DR. DHANASEKAR and have been prescribed some syrup and medicine which I have attached with this mail and I got somehow better and stool also start getting release step by step. Even though self-getting better but have been advised to take USG by Nephrologist and it report shows MID URETERIC CALCULUS FOR CT CORRELATION.

07.01.20 , have taken CT @ XXXXXXX , XXXXXXX lab and they diagnosed that I had LEFT DISTAL CALCULUS however they could take CT CONTRAST since my CREATININE level was 1.9 on 07th January ‘ 20 which I never heard in my previous test taken so far… But it comes down to 1.5 on 23rd JANUARY ‘ 20 itself when I had blood check up @ HITECH LAB and it’s report attached with this mail. Self also have been advised to get consult with UROLOGY @ BILLROTH hospital.

01.02.20 , went to BILLLROTH hospital and consult with UROLOGIST with CT REPOT & BLOOD REPORT taken again @ BILLROTH LAB which all report have attached with this mail. It shows that there is no any changes in spite of taking medicine {Tab AMIGO & CALCURY & Syp NOCULI} for the one month and following strict diet by avoiding {red meat , big fish , yellow egg , Cauliflower , Cabbage, Tomoto Seed, Milk , Curd & Ghee}

Doctor , please suggest how to go about further…

Brief Answer:
You may need to undergo endoscopic surgery (URS)

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the follow-up and feedback in detail...

Based on the facts and reports that you have posted your backache due to backpressure changes (Hydronephrosis) caused by an impacted stone in Left lower Ureter

One can expect to pass out this stone spontaneously within a week or two however if pain continues and you develop other symptoms like vomiting, a fever you may need to undergo endoscopic surgery of URETERO Renoscopy (URS) and fragmentation of stone to decompress and prevent further damage to the Left Kidney

Follow up with your Urologist He is the best judge to decide further treatment or intervention if required

In the meantime continue treatment advised by your Urologist.

Thanks and Regards.

Doctor ..Thanks for your response….

Could you please check any possibilities to cure it without SURGERY / URS since I don’t feel any abdominal pain, vomiting , urinary irritation or fever…
I am facing only backache {pain @ low back area} and even it only some time and occasionally and especially when I sit for long time in my work area….

Are there chances it gets cure thru medicines {tablets & syrup} itself. If yes, please suggest any treatment even it is apart from Allopathic.

If not , please suggest how long I can prolong it since I need to ready for financially to absorb the hospital expenses and I need to plan for it…

Looking forward to your valuable suggestion to move further….

Brief Answer:
You can expect to pass out stone spontaneously

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

Normally we can expect a stone of a size of less than 8 mm to pass out spontaneously.

Take following medications for 10 days
1) Antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin or Norflox twice daily .
2) Tab Tomsulosin (Urimax) Once daily
3) Tab Dratovarine twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water 4-5 liters in 24 hours .

Repeat Ultrasound Scanning after two weeks to see the status of kidney and position of stone .

This works in most of the patients.

Thanks and Regards.
