I can understand your concern
According to the chest CT you are suffering from bilateral bronchiectasa which is a widening of the airways and cause the bronchial secretions to be blocked in that area.The chronic cough is the main symptom of these patients.
In such cases we recommend mucolitics such as N . acetil cysteine orally once for lubrication of the secretions to be expelled easily. If you have fever also you need an antibiotic such as Azitromicini 500 mg for three days. Another thing that helps a lot is chest fisiotherapy until the cough gets better.
Try to have a lot of water and do physical activities .

Nacetilcistein you can find in as Viscoflu or Fluimicil or Fluiforte powder or sirup. Use it once per day for two weeks approximately. Azitromicine 500 mg ,once per day (every 24 hour) for three consecutive days.
