                                            It seems anal fissure
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It seems to be an anal fissure secondary to constipation. Usually low consumption of water is the reason. An examination by surgeon will confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile you can try the following:
- Drink lots of clean drinking water
- Take more of fibre in the form of fruits and salad
- Can take laxative like Lactulose syrup for constipation. Laxative should be taken only when really needed.
- Apply vaseline locally before passage of stools. If vaseline doesnot help then Shield Ointment will reduce the discomfort for passing of stools.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
