Question : i have currently lost 10lbs on weight watchers which is good since i am 218lbs 5'3 female. the thing that has me worried is that my resting hr is alot lower than it use to be. regularily it would be between 75 to 80bpm now it keeps goong as low as 51 to 61

I understand your concern and would explain that it is quite common to have a lower heart rate and lower blood pressure after loosing weight.

If you feel OK and have no symptoms like fatigue, shortness of breath, there is nothing to worry about it!

I would just recommend periodical check up every 6 months with resting ECG and blood lab tests ( fasting glucose, complete blood count, blood electrolytes, thyroid hormone levels, kidney and liver function tests).
