Question : i have extreme attacks of pain in my back and groun area, nose bleeds and it is very hard to breath most the time I have had scolosis since i was a child but hav not really had any medical attention for it. can you please advise me. am i going to die for the pain?

I am very sorry to hear that you are in pain.
The pain is probably related to scoliosis.
The curvature of the spine may irritate the nerves and cause pain.
You did not specify if you are taking medications at the query.
So, I would recommend painkillers such as Ibuprofen three times a day to relieve the pain.
If the pain continues, you can use prescription painkillers such as Oxycodone.
I also recommend physiotherapy or to see a chiropractor.
If the symptoms continue, another treatment may be surgery.
You should consult an orthopedist for further evaluation.
