Question : i have gas and abdominal loud sounds and loose stools every morning and little pain in my stomach left side .

i am having these symptoms for 2 weeks now and i didnt change my diet and i have these symptoms only at morning time after i wake up then for the rest of the day i am totally fine , i dont get any symptoms after eating meals

Hi again dear,

The symptoms seem to be related to indigestion.
I recommend taking over the counter medication to treat gas such as Simethicone.
I also suggest using over the counter treatment for loose stools such as diarrhea.
I suggest to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms such as spicy food or caffeine.
Try to eat slowly and five meals per day.
I also recommend to drink a lot of liquids.
