Question: i have gastrtis and inwas diagnosed with hydrogen sibo( only rumbling noises), had lab reports and before 3 years i had colonscopy and endscopy to rule out ibd and the sample was normal . i just want to get rid of this atomach discomfort , here is my lab results

can i cure sibo and gastrtis with diet ?
