Question : i have had 4-5 nasal operations and ENT wants to do another
due to chronic sinusitis
and infections frequently
history
2006 had a king hit on the left side of my face resulting in a la forte2 fracture with a blow out left orbit
2006 had a plate inserted under left eye with screws.
support for cracked maxilla through the infraorbital foramen.
2012 post 2nd.nasal reconstruction got rehit 1 month after operation sunsequently plate was palpable under the skin as was the protruding screws.
question1 would u take the plate out to prevent eye laceration if further hit into face(in security business in nightclubs )
after this 2015 had another sinus operation removed middle and lower turbinates resulting in loss of small and taste, incrustrations on nasal surfaces blood clots blood noses , nasal pain ,breathing issues stop start foget,lung infections and collapse left lung last year.
2017 sepsis into left arm hospitalized 3 months on and off.
last sinus operation 2017
had anastomosises? turbinectomies septal reconstructions on many times.
what do you think is happening to me and what can or should i do?
