Question: i have had lower back pain left hip and lower left abdominal pain for a month, i went to see doctor and they ordered blood work and back left hip xray, xray came out normal, blood work was normal except for my cholesterol 235 and one of my liver enzymes slighlty elevated 45..
When i press down on left lower abdomen its tender, back pain is like a burning pain, the aches are hard to pin point, lower back then if im in a different position hip hurts.. No nausea vomiting, no vaginal bleeding, bowel movements appear normal..
my concern is cancer, could there be a tumor on my ovary, colon, spine...
im very worried..

Brief Answer:
Hello. It can be a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the query. So a lower back ache with abdominal pain and hip pain points towards a pelvic region pathology. It can be related to ovary, uterus bowel or ureter. It is difficult to say without a clinival examination but the differentials could be inflammation or infection of any of these organs, ureteric stone, cystitis, or sometimes a tumor. An ultrasound can be done to diagnose many of these conditions.

When im asleep or over night i feel no pains or discomforts. When i get up in the morning it takes maybe 15-20 mins my aches and pains start on and off... What do you reccomend or what appears to be happening. Could this be organ related still?

Hello. It can be related to organs

Detailed Answer:
HEllo. It is difficult to say without examining you, but it can be a case of fibromyalgia or may be related to organs. Appropriate clinical examination followed by imaging investigation can delineate the cause.
