Question: i have had sinus issues for four weeks i have had a stuffy runny nose with post nasal drip. my ears are still a bit itchy and my main problem is the sinus pressure. it goes from the top of the head to the back of the head and then there is the pressure around my eyes and nose there are no changes in my vision the weather keeps going from warm to cold where i live

As per your history, it may be due to chronic sinusitis.

Do you have fever, cough with phlegm, acidity?

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with ENT surgeon for detailed clinical examination.

He may procure detailed nose examination and sinus X Rays as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for nasal polyp/deviated nasal septum /mastoiditis.

Till then continue steam inhalation. Use nasal saline drops locally. Do saline or Betadine gargles twice a day.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Continue allegra and Flonase as advised.

Use humidifier. Keep your self hydrated.
