Brief Answer:
Spondyloarthrosis possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may be having an issue with your cervical spine. Spondyloarthrosis is possible, inflammation of the vertebral cervical colon,
inflammation in areas where ligaments and tendons attach to bones.
A pinched nerve happens due to inflammation.
Also another possibility can be herniated disc.
You should do a x-ray of cervical spine or better an MRI.
Taking antinflammatory drugs such advil or naproxen for pain is advisable.
Use warm compresses over it.
Physical therapy and physical activity is advisable in order to help blood circulation and improve posture.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
