welcome to health care magic ,my advise is as follow,s
these tests will help in diagnosis are esr,crp and especially cgrp levels or gene detection tests , can u send report of mri ? analgesic if not worked then for acute treatment oxycodone can be used in migraine , tab ibuprofen 200mg oral a day ,tab natalins rx single tab for 2 weeks, specific migraine drugs will be prescribed unless proved ,so i m not prescribed until i got tests , avoid diet like alchol,cafeine,and chocolate,aspartame,caned foods,aged cheeze,pickled,vinegar,etc and take amla ,aloevera XXXXXXX juices[but not citrus fruit,banana,avocadro dried ] [learn XXXXXXX samadhi and sky breathing exercise it prevents relapse upto 68 % shown in recent studies ]

Hi dear
There is this cervical problem shown in your mri , treatment options are as follows
Injection directly near pain point can avoid pain given by orthopaedician spine surgeon ( it will give you total relieve ) but it's temporary as if possible surgery is solution ( decided by orthopaedician only )
Till then I will prescribe symptomatic pain treatment as follows
Spray of ( 15 / 10 methylsalicylate/menthol topical ) if patch used 12 hrly on area around of pain region , tab decadron ( oral tablets )0 .75 mg per day for 1 week and are you now pregnant ? Otherwise not recommended, take XXXXXXX consultation from orthopaedic spine specialist
