Question : i have in sominia, not sure if I spelled that right. im out od Zoliden generic Ambian. i work 7 days aweek, anyway you can help me out?

So if you still don't get proper sleep then you have following options.
1. Be relax and calm. Don't take stress and tension. Listen to some good soft music or read book.
2. You need to increase the dose of ambien or add another sleeping medicine. But for this you need to consult your psychiatrist.
So better to apply option 1as of now.
