Question: i have like these marks under my armpits ... are they fungal infection or something else ? what cream should ibappky for it ?

I can see red scaly round or oval patches. Yes, this does seem like a fungal infection. Sweating, heat and humidity are predisposing factors. I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g either ketoconazole cream (Nizral cream) or luliconazole cream(Lulifin cream), twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g either itraconazole 100mg capsule once a day for 4 weeks or fluconazole 150mg capsule once a week for 4 weeks. You may take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching. Take care.
