Since when are these problems present?
Any other symptoms like bloating/gases, nausea, vomiting?
What are the factors, foods, beverages that instigate or enhance the problems?
Any relieving factors or medicines other than bowel movements that reduce the symptoms?
Stool details: color, mucus, blood, foul smell?
Where exactly in abdomen that you get pain? Severity, types of pain: twisting, colicky (comes and goes), dull and continuous?

since last 1 week
yes feel gas, not sure about foods that cause it, mostly on roti and sabzi
stools are dark in colour but no blood or foul smell, pain is near belly button which comes and goes also right and left side, last week doctor ordered LFT ,URINE CULTURE AND URINE INVESTIGATION which all came normal
medications tried were ciprofloxin and amciline

Your history and feedback indicates that you most probably are suffering from the following:
Colitis.
This can cause pain in abdomen at the sites and other symptoms as you have mentioned. Ciprofloxacin is a good medicines that would have helped.
Which other medicine has been given.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the samples of stool for three consecutive days.
Symptomatic treatment with antispasmodic.
Specific treatment as per stool report, say like Metronidazole, change-over to another antibiotic.
Probiotics, supportive treatment.
Pain is relieved after bowel movements indicates that colitis is present.
Please discuss these additional points with your Doctor, get investigated and treated accordingly.
