Question: i have problem in teeth. my right side teath are giving some pain and when I try to eat some sweet dish then starts to seever

I am unable to appreciate any changes from the picture you sent. If you are able to send good quality pictures taken from a closer range it may help.

However based on the details you provided there are possibilities that it could be related to dental caries. I will suggest to start antiinflammatory pain medications like tab imol plus twice daily after food along with tab pantosec 40mg once daily half an hour before food for 3-5 days. If the pain worsens, you may need to start an antibiotic like cap amoxicillin 500mg thrice daily and plan a visit to a dentist for further treatment.
