Brief Answer:
Regarding acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

For acne, specially if they are inflammatory (painful, red with pus) I would suggest you to take an oral antiacne antibiotic e.g either Doxycycline 100mg or Minocycline 100mg once a day. In addition I suggest you to use a topical antiacne preparation like clindamycin 1% gel or benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel, twice daily. These are all prescription medications. Get the prescription from a local doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
Note: Hope the answers resolves your concerns, however for further guidance of skin related queries consult our Dermatologist.Click here to book a consultation
