I have gone through photo of blister in your face

I would advise you at apply cream containing steroid betamethasone, clioquinol (Iodochlorhydroxyquin), antibiotic gentamicin and tolnaftate such as quadriderm twice daily for 2 weeks

This cream helps in multiple skin diseases and allergic conditions of skin.

Maintain proper hygiene.

Keeping your scab clean at all times is important

Moisturize.
