Could bi inflammed lymph nodes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Swelling under left arm is most likely to be due to inflammation of certain glands called lymph nodes ,or there could be infected boil . If there is no pus discharge but the swelling in there ,, we cannot rule out the possibility of a new growth.
Please get Complete Blood Count , X ray of the shoulder and mammography.
I would suggest Complete examination by orthopedic surgeon and general surgeon to arrive at a cause.
