Brief Answer:
Scalp folliculitis, capsule doxycycline, clindamycin lotion, antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be scalp folliculitis.
I would recommend you to take antibiotic like capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily and apply topical antibiotic like clindamycin lotion on the affected areas twice daily.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Antibiotics are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
