Question : i have this rash on my inner thighs. the pictures i am showing you is the side that is worse and much more bothersome. it hurts and is very annoying. it hurts after sitting for a short period of time. it almost looks like scratches of some sort but i know it is not. it also has smalls scabs in a couple places. the white areas are more so from using powder in efforts to make it more comfortable when sitting. please look at all pics and zoom in so you can see better.

                                    Brief Answer:
Fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the images.
You seem to have a fungal infection of the groin folds. Heat, humidity and trapping of moisture between folds encourages fungal infection. I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g either 2% Ketoconazole cream or 1% Clotrimazole cream, twice daily for 2 weeks. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
