Brief Answer:
Fungal infection or eczema, upload pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
Rash underneath the belt could be due to a fungal infection or eczematous in nature.
I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected areas under the report section of the site so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Lichen planus, topical steroid, antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be lichen planus.
It is a chronic immune related disorder of the skin.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
If it is associated with itching or irritation take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
