yes, i have type 2 diabetes and take insulin. i have hypertension and take medication. i also take plavix for my heart.

the condition is noticeable during and after masturbation. not rough though. no past history.

Yeast infection, anti fungal cream

According to your complaints it seems to be yeast infection.
I would recommend you to apply anti fungal cream like clotrimazole cream or miconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 10 days.
Also keep the area dry and clean.
