Hi Thanks for posting the query
Fever and bad throat alone cannot be diagnosed to be coronavirus. If symptoms worsen for more than a week or any new symptoms like diarrhea or vomiting is seen better get examined once for coronavirus.

If symptoms are reduced by medicines then need not worry. Be relaxed. Have lot of fluids, gargle your throat with warm water. Avoid spicy and fried food.
Avoid cold drinks and food.

Any issue do follow up.
