Question : i just got this bump on my lower buttocks. it began to bother after I changed clothes. i tried to pop it and i think I made it worse and the skin came off a little. im just worried it can be herpes or simply a kerstosis which i suffer from or something benign

Seems like it was a folliculitis which you popped. Doesn't seem like herpes infection. Herpes usually occurs as a cluster of lesions rather than a single one. I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin ointment, twice daily for a few days and it should get fine.
