Question : i just received my lab results
my calcium was a bit high at 10.3
the rest of my results are normal
i am a 50 year old woman and otherwise healthy
what should be the proper follow up ?
i am supposed to travel out of the country july 1 st
could this be a medical emergency?
please advise

This is very close to the normal and should really not be any concern. Ideally, just repeat this test in 3months and let's see where we stand. Do you take any calcium supplements or drink fortified milk?

In all, nothing to worry about. Just a follow up test in a couple of months would suffice.
