Question : i'm on duphaston, and there is still 8 days left. i'm trying to get pregnant cuz i have PSOC. does the medicine cause a lot of cramps especially in my ovaries and back and lower pain?
Brief Answer:
Less likely....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Duphaston is listed to cause lower abdominal pain and back ache. However most women on this drug don't complain of it especially so early into the treatment. If the pain is severe and troubling, I think you should report it to your treating doctor. You might also consider testing for pregnancy (blood beta hCG) as you are trying to conceive.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards

i did test with home pregnancy test and it is negative on Tuesday. when i just walk i get this pain, i will wait another couple days and test again.
Brief Answer:
Too early to see results on home pregnancy test...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Home pregnancy test is based on amount of hCG secreted in the urine. It's too early to see enough hCG in the urine sample. I doubt you will see a positive result two days later too. You will have to wait until the expected date of period.
Blood hCG is a better at determining pregnancy at this stage.
