Hello
Thanks for consulting Ask a doctor service .
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query.
I have read your query and gone through the image you have attached. As far as i have observed in picture you have blakish discoluration that is caries in your molar teeth. So pain is due to your carious tooth molar in upper arch.
Treatment plan is consult your dentist and go for radiograph of this tooth if xray reveals caries is not deep then go for restoration and if xray reveals deep caries then treatment will be root canal treatment of tooth.
After covid situation consult your dentist and go for treatment..
In meantime i will suggest you medication that will help you in relieving your pain.
- You can take medication like Capsule Novamox LB one cap twice daily along with Tablet Zerodol SP or Ibugesic plus one tablet twice daily and one capsule vitamin B Complex once daily by consulting with local doctor.
-Do warm saline rinses twice daily .
- Do chlorhexidine mouthrinses once daily.
Stay home & Stay blessed.
Hope this will help you.
If you have further query feel free to ask i will be happy to help.

May i know, what is meant by restoration here? Is it filling the hole or something else?
Secondly, Novamox LB is not available here. Will you please suggest other substitute, preferably tablet?
With thanks,
Restoration means filling. Detailed below
