Question : i need suggestion for proper health digestion, weight is gaining again nearly 70 kg.
what should i do, is there any medicine?

Wish height of 5.7 a weight of 65 is fine.

You may have to just increase the calorie expenditure by a bit more. This can be achieved by walking for not less than 5 km per day.

Minimize the calorie intake to 1600 cal per day. This will surely show a good result.

Also, do check your thyroid hormone levels. Low thyroid hormone levels can sometime be a reason for weight gain.
