Question : i really dont know what this is and im concerned, ive had this here for over 6 months. It never itches, and it doesnt burn when i urinate.

Thank you for your query. From the photo and your description it looks like Fordyce spots, which are completely benign bumps. If you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, it is always advisable to get tested for STD at your doctor's, but if not, there is nothing you should do, especially since they do not cause any pain, itching, etc. It is a very common condition, much like acne.
