Question: I am adult 36 and I recently pulled back by foreskin for the 1st time and I have burring sensation on penis and also on foreskin. not able to Intercorse.

1) Are you able to retract your foreskin freely over Glans penis?
2)Is there collection of whitish material (Smegma) around glans penis.?

In the meantime you can start taking Tab Cefixime and Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotics ointment like Soframycin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water
