                                            Question : i vomit during workout. its more like a clear liquid. after i puke i get fine and could continue.

It is possibly the result of exercises that put strain on your abdomen. Either its due to the direct push from knees etc or indirectly due to increased motility of the organs near stomach/or stomach itself.
So its better to go a bit slow and also be careful with the exercises you are doing.
