Question: i was making out (deep kissing) a person (whose HIV status is unknown). Didn%E2%80%99t do anything else. however, when it was done-i noticed that i had a small canker sore on the inside of my cheek above the lip. Are there any risks here? thank you.

Kissing is not a risk for transmission of HIV because saliva is not infectious unless there was blood in the saliva. So even if the person you kissed had HIV, it doesn't matter even though you had a Canker sore because the saliva that got into your mouth was not infectious.
