Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:

Hello
Welcome to ask a doctor.
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Your history suggest its a gall bladder pain how ever isolated 12 mm stone with no gall bladder thickening or distention on USG does not confirm gall bladder as cause of pain.
Worthwhile getting an liver function tests and a special test called as HIDA scan which tests if gall bladder is functional or not if gall bladder is not functional on that scan worth while taking a surgical consult for removal of stone.
Hope this answers your query.
Best wishes.
