Brief Answer:
Hematohidrosis

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX thank you for asking.
I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Perhaps you have hematohidrosis - a condition in which person bleeds through sweat pores under conditions of extreme stress due to rupture of capillaries that feed sweat glands. It is extremely rare.

There is report of successful use of Atropine gel for treatment of hematohidrosis. There are oral drugs too which have been tried in this condition e.g. anxiolytics and antihypertensive like Propranolol which has been found useful.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if you need any more assistance.
