Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. The only pills I could find that might match your description would be Losartan, which are green, have 46 on one side, and E on the other (which may look like a 3?). I do not see any Xanax pills that would be similar to this.

Losartan is commonly used as a blood pressure medication.
