Brief Answer:
there can be several causes which should get evaluated......

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, there can be several causes which should get evaluated. Though it is most likely recurrent sinusitis causing nasal blockage.

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for detailed examination. He may procure sinuses/chest X ray, complete hemogram or pulmonary function test as per evaluation to rule out sinusitis / Deviated nasal septum / bronchial asthma.

Till then continue steam inhalation. You can use nasal saline drops locally. Use humidifier. Avoid hot and spicy foods. Avoid smoking if you have.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.
