Question : im celiac i was diagnose a year ago a gave birth 6 months after one month of delivery i noticed a burning sensation in my mouth and throat and sometimes in my chest the doctor done alots of blood test thyroid fonction with the anti body tpo and tg were negative and thyroid hormones are in normal range us well us liver function full blood counte b12 vitaminD ferritin folate within normal range iga was normal ttg level normal ESR normal and ttg level normal except ana was positive 1/100 speckled im scared to have an other auto immun desaese

probably not SLE however we need to keep you in follow up

I agree that mouth ulcers may be a part of sle, however it is a really non specific symptom.
A positive ANA at this titer may also come up with coeliac disease.
the positive aspect of this problem is that you dont have any other symptoms related to SLE like rashes or joint pains, also your ENA is negative.
I suggest that we should not panic, it is probably ok, however in case any other issues come up we a can again look into this issue.
