Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms are suggestive of increased fluid retention.
For this reason, an optimization of your therapy is needed ( increase the dose of torasemide, etc.).
It is also important performing some tests to examine your heart function and exclude other metabolic disorders:
- a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound
-NT pro BNP levels
- blood electrolytes
- kidney and liver function tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
