                                    Brief Answer:
Avoid sun exposure + sun screen...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sun burn is common when skin is exposed to sun heat for longer duration of time. There are no medications to prevent sun burn. The only solution is to avoid walking in the sun during extreme heat temperatures for longer duration. You may try good sunscreen with SPF 30 or more. Sun screen may delay burns for awhile but not absolutely prevent it.
Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and to prevent heat exhaustion and heat strokes.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
