Question : in summers very frequently i get ulcers in my mouth
any tests or any medicine which i can eat regularly to prevent this

Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you may need to check your mouth at dentist for possible teeth or dentures problems.
Avoid hot drinks, spicy , acidic and hard foods .
You can rinse mouth with baking soda and place milk of magnesia on the sores .
Wash mouth with gentle or sensitive toothpaste.
Don't use much of mouth disinfectants because it may cause irritation.
