Question: Hi i am attaching photos of my incisor upper (front teeth) from inside it has holes and my spouse and friends they do not have such thing. Is it a cancer or can turn to cancer ? Why my inner surface is not smooth like my spouse and friends and what is the reason this happened and what is it called and what is its treatment?

I have gone through the attached photos.
First of all your general dental hygiene is poor.
All the teeth are stained and may be decaying started.
The marked tooth appears almost normal, the hole may be congenital variant or may be due to early phase of decaying.
It is not a cancer or other serious conditions.
You can consult a dentist and plan for cleaning and plaque removal.
