Question : infected by some kind of infection....
ringworms(tinea) on stomach chest and both hands as well.....
already applying quadriderm but atill infection increasing at rapid rate....

please help

You can try Miconazole cream over the affected area. Drink cleaner water.

It may not be a fungal infection.

It seems to be Tinea veriscolor

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

From the photo it seems to be Tinea veriscolor but the macules are dark brown (and not hypopigmented). Its cause is a fungus that has gone out of control. It does not cause any other harm. Only some skin lesions that persist for a long time if predisposing factors are not dealt with.

So my advice would be to look for cause of infection. Mostly the predisposing factors are high temperatures, humidity, sweating, oily skin, using steroid cream, unclean water.

Firstly please discontinue quadriderm as it contains steroid and will make it worse.
Apply only Miconazole cream over the affected areas only.
Drink cleaner water with low TDS.
Oral antifungals have not been approved for its treatment as these can cause more harm than good.
Avoid antibiotic use.
