I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that you are looking for information on the tortuous vein that runs along over the penile shaft. Since the penis is subject to increase in size (when erection occurs), the structure of its veins is such that they are freely XXXXXXX under the skin and they are tortuous to be able to accommodate for the extra length (without getting torn apart) when an erection occurs.
