After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that a BP of 120/70 is perfectly normal.

If the clogging inside the arteries is significant and is creating the oxygen demand mismatch to the muscles of the heart only then the blood work or the ECG will show some specific changes that your doctor will pick up and will have a clue that there is some coronary artery issues going on. If the clogging is not significant enough to cause any sort of ischaemia then it’s not possible for the doctor to give you any clue.
