I can see few red bumps on glans and shaft. Doesn't seem like cancer or herpes

I would like to know since how long do you have these red bumps on glans? do you have any symptoms like itching?

Bowenoid papulosis is a possibility

Hi.

Most likely it is bowenoid papulosis. I would suggest a skin biopsy from one of the lesions to confirm the diagnosis. It is caused by HPV infection. The lesions of bowenoid papulosis can be treated with either laser or electrodessication. Recurrence is common and need to be looked for and treated similarly.
