Question: is this a fungal infection (wart) and if so is there a alternative that i could use too maybe get rid of like oregano or XXXXXXX ?

It is wart- caused by a virus (Human Papilloma Virus). You may try salicylic acid and lactic acid lotion e.g Wartnil.
