Brief Answer:
Looks like a resolving stye.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
It looks like a discharge from a stye. It can be a sign of resolving stye. The eyes are red and possibility of conjunctivitis also be considered.
As of now apply apply over the counter available eye ointment like to tobramycin thrice a day after washing the eyes with clear water.
If the swelling is subsiding it is a good sign and the symptoms will resolve in few days.
Hope I have answered your query.
thanks
