With this sort of ecg and chest pain with radiation to back you should take her to doctor as early possible and get an echo and cardiac biomarkers done to rule out heart attack.

Take her to emergency if chest pain is still on going.

You can take her to any good hospital emergency room for evaluation.

She is having pain in right side and please tell me does any fluctuations in ecg .please tell me what is in ecg actually no cardiologist in my area so which doctor should we see
