Question : on the underside of my wrist and onto the heal of my palm - I get warm sensation - it is quite pleasant but is it a concern? thanks

Most likely it is due to a superficial nerve compression/ entrapment in fascia. I suggest you to take an oral methylcobalamine 750-1500 mcg daily for a few weeks.
